Post Natal Care Post Natal Care (PNC) is the care given to the mother and her newborn baby immediately after the birth and for the first six weeks of life. It is very important to bring the baby’s Health and Development Book (Green book) along to every appointment so that data such as height, weight and vaccinations can be added to our records.
