APPOINTMENTS
Rise Medical Centre is strictly by appointment only. Our standard appointment time are 10 minutes.
If you have multiple issues to discuss, a complex problem, require a second opinion, surgical procedure or a medical for insurance purposes, please let the reception staff know and a longer appointment can be made for you.
Covid-19 Vaccine Appointments:
We ONLY offer Pfizer vaccine (both pediatric and adult) at this clinic. All but the 4th booster appointments can be made online or by calling our reception team on 03 7019 7535.
At Rise Medical Centre we do our best to keep the doctors running on time. We aim for you to be seen as close to your appointment time as possible.
You can help us by
- Alerting the receptionist when making your appointment if you require a longer appointment.
- Let us know if your appointment is for a routine prescription, injection or review.
- If you are running late and can’t make your appointment, please call and let us know with as much notice as possible.
We appreciate your time is valuable and if the doctors are running behind our friendly reception staff will do their best to advise you.
