Dr. Baldev Gill
Dr. Baldev Gill was born in Malaysia. He grew up in a small town called Ipoh in central Malaysia. After graduating as a doctor, he spent 16 years as a General Practitioner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia where he had his own GP clinic. He migrated to Australia with his family and started working as a GP in Victoria in October 2016. He subsequently obtained the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in July 2018.He opened Rise Medical Centre Officer together with Dr. Tharesh Iddagoda in 2020.Dr. Gill has vast experience as a family doctor and enjoys the role he plays in helping the community as a general practitioner.His hobbies include cooking, enjoying music and sport. He enjoys family time with his wife and their two teenage daughters.Besides English, Dr. Gill speaks Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Punjabi, and Hindi fluently.

Dr. Tharesh Iddagoda
Dr. Tharesh Iddagoda undertook his undergraduate training at the University of Colombo in Srilanka in 2003. He worked in Srilanka for 3 years before migrating to Australia in 2006 with his wife and his then six-month-old daughter. Tharesh started his medical career as an emergency doctor at Frankston Hospital in 2007. Over the next three years, he worked at various departments in Frankston and Rosebud Hospital including geriatric, rehabilitation, and palliative care centers in Mornington before he entered the Bogong Regional Training (Australian General Practice Training) in 2010.He worked as a General Practice Registrar in Albury – Wodonga before he moved back to Frankston with his family, where he worked as a general practitioner for the last seven years.
Dr. Tharesh Iddagoda
Following the completion of his training in 2012, he was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He currently works closely with the Royal Australian College of General practitioners as an examiner. He has a special interest in dermatology and skin cancer management in primary care.His other special interests are chronic disease management including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, emphysema, rheumatology, preventative medicine, geriatric and paediatric medicine. Dr. Tharesh Iddagoda is a co-founder of Rise Medical Centre Officer. With his passion for general practice and family medicine, Tharesh is proud to be a part of Rise Medical Centre Officer and to provide complete family health care with a strong emphasis on quality and continuity of care. Dr. Tharesh is also fluent in Sinhala.

Dr. Chaitanya Balle
Dr Chaitanya is a skilled General Practitioner, with a postgrad diploma in Health Sciences. With a particular interest in acute health, chronic disease management, Women’s health and minor surgical procedures, she is planning to expand her skills to include and skin cancer removal and cosmetic medicine in the near future. Dr Chaitanya has worked at Peninsula health Victoria as a Basic physician trainee (Medical Registrar), with experience in emergency, surgical departments, Rehabilitation and Intensive Care Units (ICU).

Dr. Rukhsana Yasmin
Dr Rukhsana Yasmin is a highly skilled and experienced General Physician and has many years of working experience. Dr. Rukhsana is known for her exceptional medical expertise, compassionate patient care and personalized approach. She has dedicated her career to diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions while providing personalized healthcare services to her patients. She takes the time to listen to her patients’ concerns and works closely with them to develop a treatment plan that meets their individual needs. Dr Rukhsana Yasmin is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP).
Areas of interest: Women’s health Mental Health Chronic Disease and Preventive Medicine Health assessments Minor Procedures.
